What can I do if I didnt receieve my welcome email?

When new accounts are created, clients will receive a welcome e-mail that explains the details of their account.
Basic information included in welcome email:

DNS and IP information
FTP login information
Mail configuration details
cPanel paths and logins
Billing account logins


The above information will vary with specific account purchased.
Resellers will receieve Web Host Manager details, Dedicated clients will receieve specific server statistics and login details.


If you do not receive this message within 12-24 hours, please submit a ticket and we will be more than happy to resend this information to the email address on file.
