When someone sends an email to your address with no bounce-backs (email sent back stating error of why it couldn't be delivered) and does not make it to your inbox, there may be a simple fix that you can do to correct this. Most issues involving email are due to little or no space left on the quota. The best thing to do is check how much space you have left of your quota. If you have more than enough space available and still can't receive any emails, you will need to consult with the sales or support team. This can be done by submitting a ticket. Typically this is something easily fixed.
Understand, email DOES use space from your quota. When you are having this issue, any email addressed to you will never be recieved, and will be lost. Your quota is of the entire account, not just website hosted materials.
