Each server provides both SSL and normal methods for accessing your hosting account's interface. In order to access them, you simply need to modify your URL to the following:
(Secure Cpanel) https://yourdomainhere.com:2083/
(Secure WebMail) https://yourdomainhere.com:2096/
Simply substitue 'yourdomainhere.com' for the actual domain name for your account, and you will be sent to a Secure HTTP version of either cpanel, or your webmail.
